President and CEO
Ephraim Kutner is the President and CEO of Harborview Capital Partners, a full service commercial real estate finance, equity and advisory firm. Over Mr. Kutner’s sixteen-year career in the industry he built one of the country’s largest origination teams and successfully delivered over five-billion dollars of financing to his clients. Ephraim provides deal expertise to a wide variety of clients from large national REITs to smaller owners and operators of single assets. He maintains warm relationships with principals at many major national, international, private and public funding institutions. He has maintained a close relationship with both HUD national and local offices. Ephraim stays intimately involved with every transaction from inception to closing to servicing and beyond. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of Madraigos, a national organization dedicated to helping at risk youth.

Jonathan Kutner
Chief Executive Officer and Principal
Jonathan Kutner is the Chief Executive Officer and Principal of Harborview Capital Partners, LLC, a full service real estate finance firm specializing in multi-family and healthcare assets as well as commercial and office properties. Mr. Kutner has been in the real estate finance business for a decade, during which he helped build one of the country’s largest origination teams, successfully closing close to $2 billion of FHA and FNMA transactions. He provides deal expertise to a wide variety of clients, from large national REITs to smaller owners and operators of single assets. In conjunction with his work on multi-family and healthcare transactions with HUD, he has maintained a close relationship with both HUD national and local offices, and has earned a reputation for providing quality underwriting, which directly correlates to his swift execution record. Jonathan stays intimately involved with every transaction from inception to closing and to servicing beyond. Prior to founding Harborview, he was a Senior Managing Director at Greystone and Co., and served on the board of the American Seniors Housing Association, the Illinois council on Long Term Care and the New Jersey Healthcare Association. He also serves as a member of the board of Madraigos, a national organization dedicated to helping at risk youth.

David Nussbaum
Director of Capital Markets
David is the Director of Capital Markets Group at Harborview Capital Partners, a full service commercial real estate finance, equity and advisory firm. David graduated from Touro College with a Bachelor of Arts in finance as well as a Bachelor’s in Talmudic law. David brings his vast experience and expertise to Harborview Capital Partners. He has had a successful tenure for more than a decade in the residential/commercial real estate industry as a real estate banking originator including Wachovia and Wells Fargo Bank where he received numerous awards for production excellence and customer satisfaction quality.

Eli Kutner is a Partner and Vice President of Harborview Capital Partners, a full service commercial real estate finance, equity and advisory firm. Prior to his current position at Harborview, Eli spent over a decade in government and academia, concluding his post-graduate research at the University of Oxford. With a keen understanding of financial markets and industry products, Eli executes swiftly and with precision; carrying clients from deal inception to close with concern, commitment, integrity and purpose. Morris Goldstein
Chief Financial Officer
Morris A. Goldstein, CPA, CFP is the Chief Financial Officer of Harborview Capital Partners. Mr. Goldstein has been involved in the consulting, accounting and management fields for 30 years. Mr. Goldstein is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds the Certified Financial Planner designation. Mr. Goldstein is also a Registered Investment Advisor and has worked with individuals and companies with regard to tax reduction planning, wealth accumulation planning, asset protection and early retirement planning, practice management and business system structures.

Joseph has over 25-years’ experience as a sales professional. Joseph also owns multifamily property in Canada. At Harborview, Joseph uses his sales experience to ensure client satisfaction. Joseph is also the founder of Complete Medical Supplies, Inc., a Canadian company that specializes in securing funding to provide mobility equipment to the disabled.

Rayzee Brecher is the Director of Marketing at Harborview Capital Partners, a full service commercial real estate finance, equity and advisory firm. She graduated from Touro College magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in marketing where she served as President of the American Marketing Association Marketing Club. Prior to working at Harborview, she held marketing positions in various industries. She is trained in graphic design, event planning, and public relations. Rayzee is a long-time volunteer for Chai Lifeline, an organization for children battling life threatening illnesses and is a founder and Chief Operating Officer of That Moment Inc., a nonprofit organization for families facing illness.

Dean Ofer is a Senior Originator at Harborview, specializing in all government-insured loan products such as Housing & Urban Development, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. Prior to joining Harborview, Dean led an originations team at a prominent infrastructure REIT with a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of telecommunication, outdoor advertising, and renewable energy assets. Dean also has experience underwriting multifamily, office, and industrial investment opportunities across the Unites States on behalf of a national real estate investment fund. The relationship management skills built via originations and the financial analysis skills built as an underwriter provides Dean the unique ability to identify the loan product that best fits his clients’ needs. Dean loves to help his clients solve problems and continues to put his clients’ needs first when working on any transaction from inception through closing.

Rafael Urbach is a Senior Analyst and Originator at Harbroview.
