Dean Ofer is a Senior Originator at Harborview, specializing in all government-insured loan products such as Housing & Urban Development, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac. Prior to joining Harborview, Dean led an originations team at a prominent infrastructure REIT with a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of telecommunication, outdoor advertising, and renewable energy assets. Dean also has experience underwriting multifamily, office, and industrial investment opportunities across the Unites States on behalf of a national real estate investment fund. The relationship management skills built via originations and the financial analysis skills built as an underwriter provides Dean the unique ability to identify the loan product that best fits his clients’ needs. Dean loves to help his clients solve problems and continues to put his clients’ needs first when working on any transaction from inception through closing.
